Project Manager

About the Role: As a Project Manager at Academy AI, you’ll oversee the planning and execution of our 2.5-week AI camps for international schools, ensuring seamless delivery and high-impact outcomes. You’ll coordinate with school partners, manage instructors, and drive our June 2026 pilot to success.

Plan and manage AI camp logistics, including scheduling, resources, and stakeholder communication.
Collaborate with schools for facility use, co-certifications, and scholarship allocations (5-10 per camp).
Ensure >90% completion rates and 100% partner satisfaction, aligning with our metrics.
Oversee budgets, including 10% base + 20% premium revenue share agreements.
Implement feedback loops to improve program delivery (target NPS 70+).

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree; 3+ years in project management (EdTech or education preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills; experience with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., n8n, Vibecoding) is a plus.
Passion for education and technology; ability to work in a fast-paced startup.

Instructor (AI Camps)

Location: Hybrid (On-site for camps in Asia, remote prep) | Type: Part-Time/Contract

About the Role: As an Instructor, you’ll deliver our 2.5-week AI camps (10-15 students/class), teaching AI fundamentals, ethics (20%), and skills/creativity (80%) using tools like Vibecoding, Perplexity, Notebook LM, and n8n. You’ll guide students to build and launch apps in a capstone project.

Teach 5-module curriculum (AI basics, productivity tools, app-building, automations, capstone).
Facilitate hands-on learning and assessments (portfolio, peer reviews, live demos).
Ensure engaging, inclusive classes with >90% completion rates.
Collaborate with project managers to align with school partner goals.
Contribute to curriculum refinement based on student feedback.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in tech, education, or related field; teaching experience preferred.
Expertise in AI/ML concepts or no-code tools (e.g., Vibecoding, n8n).
Strong communication and classroom management skills for ages 8-18.
Commitment to fostering ethical AI use and creativity in small groups.
